Founded in 2012, FOSTOOLS Ltd has come a long way from its humble beginnings. When we first started out, our passion for repairing equipment for hardworking individuals, drove us to diversify into the retail business and strive to continually expand our product offerings to ensure that we can be a one-stop-stop for professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike.

Values
We emphasise on customer service, no request is too small. Each customer receives the same service regardless of size, quantity, and price.
We strive to help all customers with their inquiries (parts, equipment, accessories), if we do not have what they are looking for we point them in the right direction (online, other hardware’s, and suppliers).
If we do not have what a customer is looking for, we will offer to special order the item they are searching for.
We aim to only sell tools and equipment which we are able to repair, service, and get parts for.
In terms of the service center, it is our goal to repair the customer’s tool at the most economical price.
We aim to repair tools as fast as possible, depending on parts availability and level of difficulty repairing any given tool.
One of our goals is to have many of the common accessories for the tools and equipment we sell. (e.g. wacker heads, trimmer line, oil, blades, etc. for brush cutters)
